We work very hard to ensure that when you buy from us, you benefit from the value afforded by your product at the absolute best price online. If you find another online-only store that offers a lower price than us within thirty days of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to be confident in making your purchase with us.

To request a partial refund simply send us a link to the same product on our website, and the product link on our competitors website, within thirty days from the date of your purchase, and we will process the credit accordingly. While we strive to expedite the process as much as we can, we do work with a number of partners which may result in an estimated wait of around 7-14 business days before the partial refund can be effected.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• You must purchase the item from RowPaddle.com before requesting your Price Guarantee
• The item on the competitor's website must be of the exact same specification, and their Price must include the item price and shipping charges
• Promotions such as rebates, discounted bundled products, buy one get one free offers are not eligible
• The item must be in stock on the competitors website when we access it
• The competitor must be an online-only store in the USA, and must not have a retail location anywhere
• The website must not be a coupon discounter, auction or retail marketplace website (i.e. eBay, Overstock, Amazon, etc..)
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the specific product
• The Price Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
